The idea
Why we practise without clothes
We spend most of our lives adjusting ourselves to fit. We dress for the room, soften the edges, and hope not to be judged. It is meant to protect us. Mostly it just makes us smaller.
Undressing reverses that. When there is nothing left to adjust, there is nothing left to defend, and what is left is simply you. That is where the practice starts, and it turns out to be a surprisingly good place to do yoga from.
NKD stands for Nourishment, Kindness, and Devotion. Victoria had nowhere for men who love men to practise together like this, so we made one.
